Jim worked on that sink and equipment until we both saw the “tornado” he promised me I would see when the sink drained.I don’t know if I was happier for me or for him! Anyway, I feel that there is too much complaining in this world & not enough praise so I wanted to tell you that while I hope I don’t have to call you again for a long time, I certainly will call you and tell my friends about your company.
My previous experience with plumbers has not been very positive, but I was beginning to feel a little more comfortable. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant, polite, and made sure things were cleaned up when he was finished. When he found unexpected problems with fittings or finding the drain was still clogged, he never complained or made me feel that he was “bothered” or in a hurry. Yet, I knew he had other things to do.
Jim is my plumbing hero!! My main drain and sewer were backing up in the basement. I already had one plumber in and he couldn’t get the job done. They were at my house in a couple of hours and it was concluded we would need the big guns. The boss was sick but brought the needed equipment.
